Dar to Shinyanga

We flew from Dar to a city in the North near Lake Victoria, called Mwanza.  We could see the Serengeti from the plane before we landed.  We travelled with Martha and another midwife called Ecstacsy.

We then had a long drive to the small town of Shinyanga.  It is very dusty and hot in this part of Tanzania.  It is part of the sub-saharan region in Africa.

 

 

 

 

Somewhere along the way
